Vincy Carnival 2009 was a sight to behold. The costumes, the music, and the masqueraders all came together in a comingling of fun and excitement indicative of Vincy Mas. I was one of the lucky ones to be there to witness Carnival Tuesday. Here are some of the scenes from that day.
